There’s no better way to kick off 2025 than with some inspiration, and the 2025 TRIBEZA Interiors Tour is here to deliver. The 10th annual event returns on January 25 and 26, showcasing some of the city’s most incredible homes. Guests can embark on a self-paced, self-guided tour as they view a wide variety of styles—hopefully sparking some visual inspiration to carry into their own home projects.
Meet the 2025 designers:
Ashley Ferguson Interiors
Ashley Ferguson Interiors is a full-service interior design firm focused on creating timeless, luxurious and lived-in homes for clients in Austin and beyond. They specialize in custom interior design projects, working closely with clients to create artful spaces through full-service remodels, new builds and one-on-one design consultations. For their showcase on the Interiors Tour, they spotlight a 1980s split-level in one of the most picturesque neighborhoods along Lake Austin. They note that it was an exercise in reinvention to honor the era of this urban treehouse, but also add a layer of warmth — all with a sophisticated twist to create a bright, yet moody aesthetic.
BANDD/DESIGN
Founded in 2017, BANDD/DESIGN has completed over 160 residential projects, driven by a philosophy that design should be effortless, intriguing and intentional. With offices in Austin and Los Angeles, the firm draws inspiration from diverse sources, including travel, art, fashion, culture and even the playful energy of children and pets. Sara Malek Barney pulls from her years of experience and passion for home renovation to create masterpieces out of the homes she designs. Their Gilbert Street house, custom-built by Austin-based Nalle Homes, exemplifies meticulous attention to detail. Highlights include herringbone oak flooring, a charming guest cottage above the garage and a sophisticated home office, making it a beautifully designed and highly functional family home.
Clayton Korte
Clayton Korte designs spaces that honor their surroundings, blending architecture, interiors, authenticity and craftsmanship. With a diverse portfolio, the firm works on residences, ranches, wineries, hospitality projects, mixed-use developments and public spaces. This year’s Interiors Tour features the Windsor Residence, located in the Tarrytown neighborhood. Originally constructed in the early 20th century, the one-story brick house has been reimagined with two contemporary additions and completely redesigned interiors, reflecting the artistic and adventurous spirit of its owner. The design balances refinement with creativity, seamlessly integrating subtle and bold color palettes and textures throughout the home.
Lizzie Pincoffs Interiors
With a background in studio art, Lizzie Pincoffs brings a keen eye for balancing textures and colors, blending her passion for preserving Austin’s historic charm with its dynamic evolution. The home she is showcasing on this year’s Interiors Tour is a classic Tarrytown limestone residence enhanced by a thoughtfully designed addition by Donna Osborn. Vibrant and full of unexpected details, the home juxtaposes traditional elements with contemporary art and playful accents. Pincoffs describes it as a “wonderful, sprawling family space full of personality,” where each corner tells a story.
Sparrow Interiors
Founded in 2017 by designer Elizabeth Cates, Sparrow Interiors & Gifts is a full-service design studio and luxury boutique retailer. With a versatile approach, Cates and her team tailor their work to meet a wide range of client styles, delivering bespoke interiors throughout the greater Austin area and beyond. On the 2025 Interiors Tour, their custom-built Tarrytown home stands out for its seamless integration of thoughtful construction and curated interiors that radiate warmth, elegance and personal connection. The cabana and outdoor living spaces offer some of the home’s most enchanting and unexpected highlights.
Lindsey Hanna Design
Lindsey Hanna Design takes a fresh, thoughtful approach to interior remodels and residential construction, collaborating closely with clients to craft spaces that are authentic, relatable and delightfully unexpected. On the Interiors Tour, visitors can explore a Bryker Woods home where Tudor architectural elements blend seamlessly with a Marfa and West Texas aesthetic. The design juxtaposes quiet niches and softly rounded doorways with bold wallpapers and curated vintage pieces. A dusty, earthy palette is enlivened by vibrant patterns, creating a harmonious balance. Originally updated for an episode of HGTV’s “Property Brothers,” this home offers a whimsical reimagining of new construction.
Cuppett Kilpatrick Architecture & Interior Design
For over two decades, Cuppett Kilpatrick has been guided by a commitment to aligning homeowners’ needs and desires with the distinctive character of each site. Blending appeal for both modernists and traditionalists, the firm’s three-story custom home on the Interiors Tour sits atop a hill, offering sweeping views of the Austin skyline and nestled among a grove of twisted live oaks. An expansive screened porch and deck seamlessly connect the kitchen and dining areas to a deck-level plunge pool and a play yard below. The glass façade fosters a sense of connection to the skyline while creating a serene retreat from the city.
Hatch Works – Ash Street Home
Hatch Works, led by the dynamic husband-and-wife team of Adam Talianchich and Ashley Menger, operates with a hands-on approach alongside their project manager, Dan Taylor. This small yet highly dedicated team is deeply involved in every project, from initial concept to final execution. On the Interiors Tour, they present their own Ash Street home, a thoughtful blend of favorite elements from past client projects. Though a new build, the design was meticulously crafted to echo the character of the 1908 Victorian cottages that line their block. Visitors are invited to step inside and experience their vision brought to life.
Hatch Works – Ramshackle Residence
Also brought to life by the incredible Hatch Works team, the Ramshackle home is an example of living art. The team undertook a transformative remodel of an 1883 historic, 850-square-foot home by adding an unconventional expansion—building downward instead of upward. The ambitious renovation began with relocating the entire structure to the back of the lot to make room for the innovative addition. The new basement, accessed through a dramatic vaulted entryway, houses a bar, lounge, screening room, recording studio and a sunken garden. Stop by the Ramshackle house to see its stunning vaulted ceilings, dog bar, golf simulator and courtyard pool. Note that the Ramshackle home was also the cover feature of TRIBEZA’s September/October issue.
WCC Owner’s Home – Gary Seals
Home to the owner of Austin’s West Chelsea Contemporary Art Gallery, this Bryker Woods home is truly a work of art. Inside, every corner showcases striking contemporary art pieces that spark conversation and captivate the eye. From impressive canvases adorning the walls to carefully curated sculptures and statement pieces, the space seamlessly blends the essence of an art gallery with the warmth of a home. The homeowner’s passion for art is clear to see, making this stop on our 2025 Interiors Tour a must-visit.
